How to Invest in FAMI?

ACCOUNT CREATION

To open an account, please submit the following requirements at the FAMI office or at any Metrobank branch:

1. Duly accomplished and originally signed Account Opening Form (AOF). Please note that all fields must be filled up. Indicate NA if not applicable.
2. Originally signed Specimen Signature Cards (SSC)
3. Duly signed photocopies of two (2) government-issued IDs.


A Customer Service Associate will contact you should we require you to submit additional requirements.


You will be notified of your account code either by email or via SMS after one banking day. Otherwise, please call 891-2860 to inquire about your account code or the status of your request to open an account.


As soon as you receive your account code, you have three options as to how you may place your initial investment:

1. At the FAMI Cashier
2. At any Metrobank branch (refer to the procedure posted on the website)
3. Through the online banking facility of Metrobank (refer to the procedure posted on the website)


ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT
